Michael Lloyd is an experienced value delivery coach, with a particular passion for Lean and Agile thinking. 

Michael created Honest Agile as a response to a growing number of consultancies, certification mills and social media influencers who seem far too focussed on telling people what they want to hear. 

Honest Agile aims to help you focus on what really matters; Taking a step from where you are today, to where you want to be tomorrow. 

That means starting from where you are, being open about the challenges, but doing what we can to experiment and improve.
